Please read these terms of service (the “Terms of Service”) carefully as it constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and STELISCRIPT, a trademark (Registration Number 52148) formed under the laws of Cyprus with its registered address at
Poseidonos, 47, LIMNARIA WEST PARK SHOP, office 58, Kato Paphos 8042, Paphos, Cyprus . These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the WeTip website located at www.wetipit.com and any sub-domains used in connection with or related to the same and any future versions (together the “WeTip Website”) as well as the web application (the “WeTip web App”) and any WeTip proprietary software used in connection with the WeTip Website or the WeTip web App (the “WeTip Software”). Together, the Website, the web App and the Software constitute the “ WeTip Platform”. These Terms of Service also apply to all services provided by WeTip through the WeTip Platform.
The terms “WeTip”, “us”, “we” or “our” means STELISCRIPT.
By using the WeTip Platform, the user fully accepts the content of these Terms of Service, as well as the service agreement of the payment processor. Payment processing services for users on the WeTip platform are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these Terms of Service or continuing to operate as a user on the WeTip platform, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of WeTip platform enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide WeTip platform accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize WeTip platform to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe. We encourage you to carefully read these Terms of Service before using the web App and its corresponding Site.
This document, together with our Privacy Policy and any other terms specifically referred to therein, constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and the Company in relation to your use of our Services.
These Terms of Service are subject to change by WeTip in its sole discretion at any time and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. When changes are made, WeTip shall make an updated copy of these Terms of Service available on the WeTip Platform. WeTip shall also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms of Service. For Users not registered with us, any changes to these Terms of Service shall be effective immediately after posting notice of such changes on the WeTip Platform. WeTip may require you to provide your consent to the updated Terms of Service in a specified manner before further use of the WeTip Platform and/or the WeTip Services is permitted. If you do not agree to any change after receiving a notice of such change, you shall stop using the WeTip Platform and/or the WeTip Services. Otherwise, your continued use of the WeTip Platform and/or WeTip Services shall constitute your acceptance of such change. Please regularly check the WeTip Platform to view the most current Terms of Service.
Supplementary Terms for Businesses, Tippers, Tipped: Apart from these Terms of Service and the WeTip Privacy Policy, Businesses, Tippers and Tipped might be bound by supplementary terms established in distinct agreements with WeTip concerning the Goods and Services they offer or their utilization of the WeTip Platform. Should any inconsistency arise between these Terms of Service and the separate agreement that any such User has with WeTip, the terms outlined in the separate WeTip agreement shall take precedence.
What is WeTip:
WeTip is a web application that enables guests to pay tips to employees by scanning QR codes or NFC tags placed in the area of the business. Additionally, it allows guests to share a review and rate the service that was provided to them. We may come out with new features from time to time in the future, which we will communicate to you through our website or email.
By accessing, browsing and using the WeTip Platform, you confirm that you have read and accept the following Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, then you may not access or use the WeTip Platform or WeTip Services.
- WeTip Users
The WeTip Platform is designed for three types of users: “Tipped“, “Tipper’’ and “Business”.
Tipped (Employees): the users (for example,the hotel workers) who are receiving tips for their services. To receive tips, Tipped users must create a personal account on the WeTip Platform and complete all necessary steps required by the WeTip Platform and payment provider.
Tippers (Customers): the users ( for example, the hotel guests) who pay tips to the Tipped users. To arrange the payment of the desired tip, they do not need to download the App or create an account. They can pay tips via payment gateway provided by the payment provider.
Businesses (Employers): the users who allow placing QR codes and NFC tags on their premises and who subscribe for receiving guest satisfaction reports, for example statistics of top performing workers.
Any mention of the term “user” in these Terms of Service should be interpreted as referring to any user of the Platform, whether a Tipper, a Tipped or a Business unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If you are using the WeTip platform or creating a WeTip Account, for or on behalf of another person or a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms of Service. The term “User”, “you” or “your” refers to the individual or legal entity, as applicable, accessing or otherwise using the WeTip Platform or the WeTip Services (as defined in Section [5] below). You acknowledge and agree that the WeTip Platform and the WeTip Services are made available to facilitate: (1) the payment of tips and service charges (“Service Payments”) in the hospitality sector; and (2) the submission of guest reviews and ratings of Businesses and Tippers (3) The review of the tip amounts, user reviews and Tipper ratings by the employers through the WeTip platform. You understand that the WeTip Platform and the WeTip Services facilitate these activities and that WeTip itself is not a Vendor or a Tipper.
- WeTip Accounts
Correct information: By utilizing the WeTip Platform, you affirm and guarantee that all data submitted by you (or by any individual acting on your behalf), whether for the creation of an account (“WeTip Account”) or for the utilization of the WeTip Services, is truthful, precise, up-to-date, and comprehensive.
Account Security: It is imperative that you maintain the security of your WeTip Account. You agree not to divulge your WeTip Account credentials to anyone. Members of the WeTip Group shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your WeTip Account, employ a robust password, or use a password unique to your WeTip Account. Certain sections of the WeTip Platform can be accessed without creating a WeTip Account.
Discretionary WeTip Account Access: WeTip retains the authority to refuse your request for an WeTip Account and to deactivate or revoke access to any WeTip Account assigned to you at WeTip’s sole discretion. Should WeTip deactivate access to an WeTip Account allocated to you, you will be restricted from entering the WeTip Platform and utilizing the WeTip Services, and you will no longer have access to the details and associated information of your WeTip Account.
Suspension, Duration, Termination, and Deletion of WeTip Accounts: WeTip retains the right to suspend or terminate your access to the WeTip Platform, or discontinue providing you with all or a part of the WeTip Services, at any time and for any reason, or for no reason at all. This may include, but is not limited to, instances where we suspect: (i) a breach of these Terms of Service by you; (ii) actions that may pose a risk or potential legal liability for us; (iii) extended periods of inactivity; or (iv) when providing the WeTip Services to you is no longer financially feasible. Suspension or termination may also involve the removal of some or all materials uploaded by you.
WeTip may make reasonable efforts to notify you by the e-mail address associated with your WeTip Account, through the WeTip Platform or when you next attempt to access your WeTip Account, depending on the circumstances. You acknowledge and agree that WeTip may make suspensions and terminations in its sole discretion and that no member of the WeTip Group shall be liable to you or any third-party for any suspension or termination of your access to, or for the removal of any of the materials uploaded by you to, the WeTip Platform. Any suspension or termination of such access or removal of such materials shall be in addition to any and all other rights and remedies that WeTip may have. In case of termination, we may disable your WeTip Account but retain the disabled WeTip Account and the information associated for fraud prevention or other lawful purposes. If your WeTip Account is suspended, you will need to reactivate it to collect payments of tips. You may request reactivation by using the customer support function in the WeTip Platform or by emailing contact@wetipit.com
Inactive Account Charges: Your WeTip Account will be categorized as “inactive” if, within a continuous period of twelve (12) months, you have not: (1) received any Service Payments, or (2) transferred funds from your WeTip Account to a bank account or a credit or debit card linked to your WeTip Account. In the event of your WeTip Account becoming inactive, WeTip reserves the right to impose a non-refundable inactivity fee, which will be the lesser of: (a) 3 Euros ; or (b) the remaining balance in your WeTip Account. Should an WeTip Account remain inactive and possess no positive balance, WeTip retains the authority to close the account (refer to “Suspension, Duration, Termination, and Deletion of WeTip Accounts” above).
Account Deletion and Termination: You can initiate the deletion of your WeTip Account through either of the following methods: (1) submitting a deletion request via email or using any available interface on the WeTip Platform, or (2) discontinuing the use of the WeTip Platform and its services, and uninstalling any local software components, if applicable. Upon your request for account deletion, we may deactivate your WeTip Account but retain it for purposes such as fraud prevention or other lawful reasons. Additionally, you have the option to terminate these Terms of Service at any time by requesting account deletion via email or through any available interface on the WeTip Platform. WeTip reserves the right to terminate these Terms of Service at our discretion, by providing notice to you via email to the address associated with your account or through the WeTip Platform.
- Authorized Access to the WeTip Platform and Acceptable Usage
License: Provided you adhere to these Terms of Service, WeTip hereby provides you with a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to utilize the WeTip Platform in accordance with these Terms of Service. The scope of this license is contingent upon the type of User you are:
- Tipper: You are permitted to utilize the WeTip Platform for facilitating payments of Service Payments to Service Providers. Additionally, you have the option to utilize the feedback features on the WeTip Platform to submit comments, ratings, and reviews regarding Businesses and Tippers and the Goods and Services they offer.
- Tipped: Customers are able to use the WeTip Platform to facilitate Service Payments to you. You can monitor Service Payments received through the WeTip Platform by accessing your WeTip Account.
- Business: Your access to the WeTip Platform includes the ability to: (1) create WeTip Accounts for Tippeds (employees) with their consent; (2) request WeTip Accounts for Troncmasters to implement a Tronc System; (3) review ratings and reviews of Venues and Goods and Services posted by Customers; and (4) subject to WeTip’s permission, copy and paste ratings and reviews of Venues and Goods and Services for public display, including posting on a Vendor’s website or social media accounts.
The activities described above constitute “Permitted Use” as applicable to a specific type of User.
Reservation of Rights: WeTip reserves the exclusive right, at its discretion, to prohibit access to the WeTip Platform or the WeTip Services to any individual, at any given time, and for any reason, including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms of Service or utilization beyond the Permitted Use. Upon request by WeTip, you are required to immediately discontinue any such access or use of the WeTip Platform or WeTip Services.
Geographic Scope of the WeTip Platform: The availability of the WeTip Platform and its specific services may vary across different regions and may not be accessible at all times or in all countries. Additionally, it’s important to note that nothing presented on the WeTip Platform should be interpreted as an offer or solicitation to purchase or sell any product or service.
Changes to the WeTip Platform: WeTip reserves the right to change (or allow a third party to change) any information, material or content contained on or provided through the WeTip Platform (the “Content”) at any time, and from time to time, without notice.
- WeTip Services, Service Payments, Fees and User Support
- WeTip Services:
The WeTip Platform offers Users various services, known as the “WeTip Services,” which include:
– Facilitating connections between Customers, Businesses, and Employees with Payment Processors for processing Service Payments.
– Allowing Businesses to establish WeTip Accounts for Employees.
– Granting Users access to guest reviews and ratings of Employees and Businesses submitted by Customers.
Additionally, WeTip may offer products or services to Employees or Businesses through separate agreements executed with these parties.
Please note that any information regarding Businesses on the WeTip Platform is provided by the Businesses themselves, and WeTip bears no responsibility for such content.
Making Service Payments:
Through the WeTip Platform, Customers have the capability to initiate Service Payments to Employees by scanning the provided QR Code or NFC tag, facilitated by a Payment Processor. Upon scanning the QR Code or NFC tag, Customers are directed to a prompt where they select the individual employee or the team (if it’s a personalized tipping system). In the case of an only-pooled system, Customers land directly on the screen of tip amount selection post the scan of the QR code or NFC tag. After that, they input the desired amount for the Service Payment and select the payment method resulting in the charge of their payment card.
Once a Service Payment is made, Customers are not permitted to modify it. However, in the case where the Customers accidentally submits an unintentional amount, they can request a refund. The refund will cover the total transaction amount minus the total processing fees by contacting WeTip through the email provided on the WeTip website at “www.wetipit.com”.
- Payment, Fees, Taxes
Payment
Customers are required to make payments for Service Payments using an accepted credit or debit card issued in their own name through a Payment Processor. Each payment made in this manner is referred to as a “Card Payment”. Customers will be charged at the time of making a Service Payment. During the process of making a Service Payment, each Customer affirms that they are using a credit or debit card issued in their own name. By making a Service Payment, each Customer consents to the collection and utilization of their information, including personal information if applicable, by the Payment Processors as required to process Service Payments.
WeTip reserves the right to modify, remove, or substitute any Payment Processor linked to the WeTip Platform at any time at its sole discretion. Each Customer agrees to allow the Payment Processor to charge their payment card for any Service Payment made. It is the responsibility of each Customer to ensure that all billing information provided is current, complete, and accurate.
Fee Plan
All financial transactions will be performed through the third party payment provider Stripe. Additional payment platforms may be included in the future. Processing payment of tips from Tipper to Tipped users involves a charging fee. Those fees may vary depending on a number of factors, including:
- the Payment Processor WeTip uses for a given transaction; and
- the Customer’s card type, card issuer, issuing country, etc.
Due to these variables, WeTip cannot calculate the precise fee in advance of a card transaction. WeTip therefore charges fees based on an estimation of the fees that are likely to be charged by the relevant payment provider. The fee estimate is 0.25 cents plus 4% of the tip amount. WeTip may charge businesses based on the terms of separate service agreements with them. Business users can opt for custom subscription plans with monthly or annual prices that are tailored to the size of their business.
By accepting these Terms of Service, the user declares to accept the fees mentioned in the terms and conditions.This means that the Company will only pay the employee the amounts owed after deducting the relevant fees, as outlined in these Terms of Service.
Processing Charges:
When initiating a Service Payment, a Customer must select one of the following options:
– Pay the Fee: In this scenario, no fees are deducted from the Service Payment before it is transferred to the employees.
– Deduct the Fee: In this case, the Service Payment received by the employees is reduced by the amount of the fee.
Vendor Services Charges:
Some Vendors may stipulate that a specific amount or percentage (referred to as a “Service Charge”) be deducted from Service Payments directed to their employees. In such instances:
- The Vendor will receive the Service Charge.
- The employees will receive the remaining balance of the Service Payment.
Modification of Fees
The Company reserves the right to modify the fees at any time. The user will be notified of any changes to the Fee Plan through publication in the platform, as well as through direct communication to the user’s provided email address. Changes to the Fee schedule will take effect thirty (30) days after the day on which the Company has announced them. If the user disagrees with the new fee plan, they may withdraw from these Terms of Service without incurring any charges.
Taxes
WeTip does not withhold taxes on tips, and is not responsible for reporting tips to the government tax authorities. WeTip users are solely responsible for their tax responsibilities. Please consult your tax professional with questions about your tax responsibilities. Do not constitute the information provided by WeTip as legal or tax advice.
Payouts:
Service Payments will be transferred to an approved bank account or credit or debit card linked to the WeTip Account. Typically, a bank account or payment card should be issued in the employee’s or troncmasters name. However, in cases where an employee lacks an accepted bank account or payment card, a Vendor may consent to receive Service Payments on behalf of the employee using their own bank account or payment card.
Each employee, when registering a bank account or payment card, confirms that they are utilizing a bank account or a credit or debit card issued either in their own name or in the name of the Vendor for whom they work.
In instances where a Vendor permits their bank account or payment card to be utilized for receiving Service Payments on behalf of an employee, the Vendor commits to delivering the received Service Payments to the respective employee.
A employee who links a Vendor’s account or payment card to their WeTip Account acknowledges and agrees that:
- The Vendor bears sole responsibility for ensuring the employee receives their Service Payments.
- WeTip does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding a Vendor’s transfer of Service Payments to the relevant employee on whose behalf they are collected.

- User Support:
WeTip provides support to Users for issues related to the WeTip Services. If Users encounter any problems, have questions, or wish to provide feedback regarding the WeTip Platform or the WeTip Services, they should contact WeTip’s customer support team directly. Users are advised to reach out to WeTip’s customer support team via email, using the contact information provided on the WeTip website. It’s important to note that Users should direct their inquiries to WeTip’s customer support team and not to Employees or Businesses.
- No Unlawful or Prohibited Use:
You are prohibited from using the WeTip Platform, the WeTip Services, or any Content (including other User’s User Content) for purposes other than those outlined as the applicable Permitted Use, without prior written permission from WeTip. Specifically, you may not, and shall not permit others to:
– “Frame,” “mirror,” or otherwise incorporate the WeTip Platform, the WeTip Services, or the Content, or any part thereof, on any commercial or non-commercial website.
– Access, monitor, or copy any part of the WeTip Platform, the WeTip Services, or the Content using any automated means or manual process without express written permission from WeTip.
– Violate any laws or bypass measures employed to prevent or limit access to the WeTip Services or the WeTip Platform.
– Remove any watermarks, labels, or other legal or proprietary notices included in the WeTip Platform or the Content.
– Modify the WeTip Platform, or any Content or User Content, including indications of ownership or the origin of the content.
– Forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any material transmitted through the WeTip Platform.
– Attempt to circumvent security features that protect the WeTip Platform or the WeTip Services.
– Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, transmit, license, or exploit any part of the WeTip Platform or the Content.
– Commercially exploit the WeTip Platform or create derivative works based on it.
– Use the WeTip Platform in a manner that violates the rights of any third party.
– Upload or transmit through the WeTip Platform any offensive, harmful, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
– Promote illegal activity or invade another’s privacy
– Give the impression that they originate from us
It is also prohibited to use the WeTip platform to collect Service Payments or accept payments related to:
– Illegal drugs or substances designed to mimic them.
– Products or services that are illegal in the jurisdiction where your business is located or where you sell products or services.
– Pornography, adult services, prostitution, escort services, or adult live chats.
– Weapons and munitions.
– Racist or anti-democratic media.
– Gambling, casinos, internet gambling, sweepstakes, contests, and fantasy sports leagues offering monetary or other material prizes.
You are solely responsible for any damages arising from violations of the aforementioned restrictions or any other harm resulting from your posting of Feedback or other User Content to the WeTip Platform.
- Regarding the status of Feedback on the WeTip Platform:
Public Display of Feedback
You acknowledge that WeTip reserves the right to share Feedback with businesses and employees at our discretion. Additionally, WeTip may authorize businesses and employees to publicly showcase Feedback, including by posting it on their websites or social media accounts. By submitting ratings and reviews, you consent to our sharing of this Feedback with businesses and employees, as well as to businesses and employees publicizing such Feedback. Please note that all ratings and reviews we receive may undergo moderation before being shared. This is done to ensure that they align with our content guidelines.
We retain the right to remove or modify, at any time, any Feedback or other User Content posted, uploaded, or transmitted to the WeTip Platform if we determine that it violates the restrictions outlined in the above section, or if it is deemed objectionable, may expose us or any third parties to harm or liability, or for any other reason. It’s important to note that any Feedback provided on the WeTip Platform is solely for informational purposes and does not constitute advice from us or reflect the opinions of any individuals within the WeTip Group. User Content, including Feedback, may represent the opinions of Customers who have utilized the WeTip Platform, and any statements, advice, or opinions provided by such individuals are their own. Consequently, members of the WeTip Group bear no responsibility or liability to any individual for any User Content, including any errors, defamation, obscenities, omissions, or falsehoods that may be encountered in such materials.
Promotional Materials:
Each Vendor acknowledges that WeTip may promote the Vendor’s utilization of the WeTip Platform, including on the WeTip Websites and WeTip’s social media accounts.
- Intellectual Property
WeTip Content and Intellectual Property Rights:
The WeTip Platform and all content contained within it, excluding User Content as defined in paragraph (b) below (referred to as the “WeTip Content”), are either owned or licensed by WeTip and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. WeTip reserves all rights in the WeTip Platform and the WeTip Content, as well as all materials provided by WeTip in connection with these Terms of Service that are not explicitly granted to you. You acknowledge that WeTip retains all right, title, and interest in the WeTip Platform, all materials provided under these Terms of Service, including the WeTip Content, and any updates, adaptations, translations, customizations, or derivative works thereof, along with all associated intellectual property rights. These rights shall remain with WeTip (or applicable third-party suppliers or licensors), and the WeTip Platform and all materials provided by WeTip herein, including the WeTip Content, are licensed to you on a temporary and non-exclusive basis, not sold to you.
Use of WeTip Content and User Content by other Users:
Users are permitted to utilize WeTip Content and other User Content (such as content provided by Businesses or Customers) solely for the applicable Permitted Use. If you choose to print extracts from the WeTip Platform for your personal, non-commercial use, you must refrain from modifying the digital or printed materials and avoid using any graphics, pictures, photographs, or videos separately from their accompanying text.
- Privacy Policy and Cookies
Please note that important information about WeTip practices on the collection, use and disclosure of Users’ personal information submitted via the WeTip Platform is governed by the WeTip Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated into this Terms of Service. To view the WeTip Privacy Policy, please https://wetipit.com/privacy-policy (the “WeTip Privacy Policy”). WeTip utilizes “cookies” and similar technologies such as tags and pixels on the WeTip Platform to improve its services to help us understand how people are using the Services, so that we can continue to improve the service we offer.
Note on Privacy:
If you access any Personal Information through or in connection with the WeTip Platform, you agree to handle such Personal Information in accordance with the current WeTip Privacy Policy. Additionally, you agree not to collect or harvest any Personal Information, including Personal Information of other users, except as permitted by these Terms of Service.
Availability of Services
WeTip may discontinue or change our Services at any time with or without prior notice and without liability to you. We make no guarantee that our Services will be available at all times or without interruption.
- Disclaimers
Content:
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information on the WeTip Platform, we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. WeTip reserves the right to make changes to the WeTip Content and any other material on the WeTip Platform at any time without prior notice. Please note that the WeTip Content and other materials on the WeTip Platform may become outdated, and we do not commit to updating such material.
Viruses:
Viewing the WeTip Platform, WeTip Content, and any other material is undertaken at your own risk. WeTip cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that the WeTip Platform, WeTip Content, and any other material accessible via the WeTip Platform are compatible with your computer system, mobile device, or associated operating systems or software. You are responsible for implementing safeguards to protect the security and integrity of your computer system. Additionally, you are responsible for all costs associated with any service, repairs, or connections to your computer system that may be necessary due to your use of the WeTip Platform (including the WeTip App and WeTip Content).
No Implied Warranties; Limitations of Liability:
No Implied Warranties: The WeTip Services, WeTip Platform, and Content are provided “as is” without any warranty or condition of any kind. WeTip disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or collateral, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and conditions of employability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. WeTip does not warrant that the WeTip Services, WeTip Platform, or Content will be error-free or operate without interruption.
Exclusion of Indirect Damages: WeTip and any member of the WeTip Group shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of data, personal injury, fines, fees, penalties, or other liabilities. This applies whether or not WeTip is advised of the possibility of such damages and is related to the use of, or inability to make use of, the WeTip Services, WeTip Platform, or WeTip Content.
No Responsibility for Customers, employees, and Vendors:
Customers, Employees, and Businesses utilizing the WeTip Platform are independent individuals or organizations and are not considered representatives, agents, or employees of WeTip. Therefore, WeTip is not liable for the actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, contractual breaches, or negligence of any Customer, employee, or Vendor. WeTip is also not liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from such actions. Additionally, WeTip does not take responsibility for the Goods and Services offered by Customers, employees or businesses.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent that the foregoing limitations do not apply, in no event shall the total aggregate liability of the WeTip Group to any User in connection with or under these terms of service, including in connection with your use of, or inability to make use of, the WeTip Services, the WeTip Platform or the content exceed Euro 100 (one hundred euros). For greater certainty, the existence of one or more claims under these terms of service shall not increase the maximum liability amount.
- Termination
You agree that WeTip may terminate your account at any time for your violation of any of the provisions of these Terms.
If you are dissatisfied with the WeTip Services, please let us know by emailing us at contact@WeTip.gr. Your only other remedy with respect to any dissatisfaction with (a) the Services, (b) any portion of these Terms, (c) any policy or practice of WeTip in providing the Services, or (d) any content or information transmitted through the Services, is to terminate the Services and your account. You may terminate the Services at any time by discontinuing your use of any and all parts of our Services and providing WeTip notice of termination by emailing us at contact@WeTip.gr
Please note that any unclaimed funds remaining in an account more than three (3) months after termination will incur a management fee of up to €25 per month which will be deducted from the remaining funds until funds are depleted.
- Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the WeTip Group, its licensors, and their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners, representatives, and employees from any threatened or actual claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses incurred, including reasonable legal fees. This indemnification is in connection with or as a result of your:
– Breach of these Terms of Service or any referenced documents.
– Violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.
– Breach of or failure to perform regarding any transactions made by you or by any third party acting on your behalf or with your permission.
WeTip reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You shall cooperate as reasonably required by WeTip.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus,regardless of your domicile, residency, or physical location. The WeTip Platform, WeTip Services, and Content are intended for use only in jurisdictions where they may lawfully be offered for use.
- Miscellaneous:
– Interpretation: Unless the context clearly requires otherwise: (1) references to the plural include the singular, the singular includes the plural, and the part includes the whole; (2) references to any gender include all genders; (3) “including” has the inclusive meaning frequently associated with the phrase “but not limited to”; and (4) references to “hereunder” or “herein” relate to these Terms of Service. The section headings in these Terms of Service are for reference and convenience only and shall not be considered in the interpretation of these Terms of Service.
– Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, the WeTip Privacy Policy, and any documents incorporated by reference herein, along with any additional written agreements entered into between you and WeTip, constitute the entire agreement between WeTip and you regarding the subject matter herein. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and WeTip concerning the subject matter of these Terms of Service.
– Notices: WeTip may, at its sole discretion, provide any notices to you regarding these Terms of Service through the WeTip Platform or via email to the current email address on file with WeTip. WeTip can be contacted in writing at the following address: [insert address].
